Personal (Resilience) Philosophy
What I value most on the trail and in life is the presence and the discipline to keep moving forward with purpose and heart.

My Biography & Background
Rooted in the high desert and shaped by miles of backcountry trail, I have built a life centered on presence, resilience, and perspective. Whether navigating sandstone canyons, scaling granite walls, or pedaling through alpine meadows, I find clarity in movement and meaning in challenge. These landscapes have sharpened my focus and strengthened my resolve. They have taught me how to live in balance between solitude and connection, effort and grace, stillness and momentum. Among the red rocks, the golden hour’s light is my soul food. It is where I return to listen more closely, recenter, and meet each season of life with honesty and intention.
I am drawn to places—and to work—that require full attention, where the path shifts with time and there are no shortcuts. My approach is grounded in integrity and shaped by a deep respect for growth earned through effort. On the trail and in practice, I show up observant and steady, willing to take the harder line when it matters. I believe in doing things well, refining over time, and building a lasting foundation. What I value most—on a ride, in the clinic, or life—is the discipline to keep moving forward with heart, presence, and purpose.
As I step into the role of Family Nurse Practitioner, I carry these same values into every patient interaction. I am drawn to this profession for the knowledge and clinical skill it demands, the trust it invites, and the connection it allows. My journey through this portfolio reflects more than preparation—it reflects intention. The work I have done, the growth I have pursued, and the challenges I have met are all part of a path that has led me here. I am ready to serve as a thoughtful provider, a reliable teammate, and a steady presence in the lives of those I care for.
